Call this irony or what ever, but I used to smoke marijuana but never needed to hide red eyes because of that, since it was such a relaxed area. Now I've stopped doing weed for a few years and my dad currently lives with me and he's a bouncer at clubs so he knows what to look for if some ones drunk/stoned. How to deal with a controlling husband?

I love my husband, we have two beautiful girls together 4 and 2. We have been married for 5 years now. However, It seems that over these few years he has developed into a controlling man. He hates if I work a half hour later than usual and he accuses me of cheating on him constantly ( I would never!) He makes me feel like I have to rush home and report to him immediately. I went Christmas shopping this year with my grandmother, I never get to see her, and he was mad because I left at 8:00 in the morning and got home around 7:00 that night, ("there's no reason you had to be gone all day long...") He didn't even have to watch our girls that day, I asked his mother to babysit! He is laid off right now so I just chalk it up as he had too much time on his hands, but it is getting worse. I never see my mother either and she lives about fifteen miles away. If I stop on my way home from work to see her he gets mad, so I stopped doing that. I wanted to go to my mothers in the evening on Christmas, we fought about this for the past two weeks. Finally I told him that i was going and that he didn't have to go if he didn't want to. This was the first time I put my foot down and said that. For Christmas, I cooked dinner and invited his family over, they live next door, we ate early so that we could go to my mothers for dinner in the evening. My mother is a chef and always has to work the holidays except Christmas so it was important to me to have dinner with her on an actual holiday. My girls might see her once a month or so if we are lucky! After we ate he pouted in the living room, didn't talk to anyone and just texted his buddy about how much "fun" he was having. It was quite embarring, have you ever seen a grown man pout? Right after the girls opened their gifts he went outside and started the truck, I knew it was my hint that it was time to go. I got the girls ready and ped out hugs and we left. He is very nice to me in front of people but will normally give me attitude when we get into the vehicle to leave and then we bicker all the way home each time we go somewhere or I just won't speak. This time he didn't speak at all. The next morning I spent in tears because of his childish actions. He tried to argue with me about the night before, and gave me a guilt trip that he only saw his mother for an hour. Did I mention that they live next door, he's over there right now... I know this all sound childish, but I am getting to the end of my rope here. This is only a sliver of the things that go on. I was hoping that someone might be able to shed some light on how to deal with this and what to do...

iam not tryin to offend anybody. But certain things just make me question religion. Like sometimes it feels like we buy our way into heaven, also everyone says that god does stuff for a reason but when there are wars over religion it almost seems that god enjoys watching people fight over him. Also if god is so almighty, shouldn't we praise the person that MADE god ?? I just don't get religion. Impossible itchy rash to get rid of...anyone know what this is?

i first got it on my calf region on one of my legs...it was extremely itchy with a few little bumps where my hair follicles were...they were not bunched together or in any particular pattern...then it spread to the top of my leg and then to my other leg in the same areas also...i have had this now for over a YEAR..ive tried EVERYTHING over the counter..i dont have medical insurance so i cant go to the doctor...ive tried apple cider vinegar..alcohol, oral antibiotics, ringworm creams and sprays, cortizone cream, colloidial silver, u name it...i was blowdrying my hair and i did it to my body to get warm and i got a crazy sensation when i put intense heat to the affected areas...i get this sensation between a itch and just a reallly good sensation to the point where i am on the brink of a ...i looked up all the common skin problems and diseases but none match or last quite this long or have the side efects...no scaley skin or anthing just itchy skin beyond satisfying...any ideas or help? I am a girl, fourteen years old and 5' 5". I weigh 122. I really want to lose weight, mainly from my theighs, , and abs. I want to lose 10-20 lbs. My exercise regimen basically consists of softball on Monday, PE on Tuesday, and PE and softball on thursdays. Is this how a trip on Acid (LSD) is supposed to be?

I started to see visuals, like tracers coming towards me. So if I saw a bottle of liquor I saw it coming towards me. I spent 4 hours doubting the drug was working and it was a placebo effect, this was my first time taking it. I was like, well I don't know because I am already on 2 pills of Extacy, coke, pot, norcos, so I don't know if its just the other drugs making me think its working. I then started to see visuals and stuff. I also heard the radio playing in the hotel, which it was a flash back from when I was in the car earlier that day. I didn't really see any tigers or anything like other people say you are supposed to. I would see the table wobble and when I though a cig in the toilet, I saw like fireworks. I was also talking to the wall. I also heard stuff that wasn't their and when I flushed the toilet it felt like an earth quake. When the lights were off I saw like patterns on the ceiling. People were also screwing with me because they knew I was tripping. They would be like so how are you going to pay your drug dealer $6,000 you owe them, and I was freaking out, then they would say just kidding. Then I would call someone and they were like, you told your parents that you were tripping and I actually believed them. Then I had visuals of my life and life adjustments that I would like to change to make my life better, one of them was to quit smoking cigs and from that day I have not had an urge to smoke, so for me it was more then just seeing and hearing things it open my mind and it was like tons of thoughts were going into my head at once. I then was like feeling texture and seeing the walls breathing. I don't do drugs that often, so please don't tell me their bad.

Throbbing pain in the base of my skull?

So lately I have been getting headaches that I have put down to blocked sinuses and they since went away, then yesterday I got a throbbing pain on the right side of the base of my skull, not my neck, my skull, its almost like a severe punch to my head but very pinpointed like I got stabbed in the head with a screwdriver? Then got it again today, its not a normal headache as it comes very severe and suddenly then vanishes within a few seconds, I havent strained my neck or head in any way, nor have I hit it, and I noticed it happens when I move a certain way or do something strenuous? I would understand if I pulled a muscle but I havent?! I was just paranoid it had something to do with those horrible headaches I had a while ago, which were almost mirganes?! Reading problem, can't concentrate?

My whole life I've always been a avid reading, really articulate, could even read at college level in my early teens. But lately it seems like I can't read anything. I will read a sentence/paragraph over and over (even subtitles in a anime/game/movie) and it feels like it takes me forever to get past it. Other times I can read perfectly fine. A contraction IS the shortening and hardening of the uterus. I put on facebook that I am having contractions that are a minute long. I did not put that I am having them regular or I am in labor. My cousin likes to embarr me on there and state crap she thinks she's right about and says that I think my Braxton Hicks are indeed labor. She admits she has never had the baby engage a big melon down there. She has had 3 babies and is on her fourth and I have had two and am on my third. My baby is also sticking his big melon down there. When he does it's VERY painful and I have a contraction come on that is strong enough to knock the wind out of me. I went to the hospital to get checked, LIKE it is recommended AFTER I talked to the midwife. I did NOT think it was labor and I have told everyone what IS happening and that I think it's engagement. I told the midwife that and she agreed but wanted to check to make sure because the last labor I had was 2 1/2 hours start to finish and I was experiencing this for an hour and a half and I am only 33 1/2 weeks. I KNOW they are not labor contractions but a contraction IS a contraction, BH, labor, etc. It could also be a irritable uterus, but either way I'm NOT in labor. I just spent the most crappy night with a sore back and contractions that are a bit painful (which Braxton Hicks CAN be - she thinks not). They are NOT regular so I still do not believe they are labor. Anyone wanna ad an opinion so when I send this to her she can stick it in her hat?

The best is lamb, it has to be, the smell of it cooking, the sweetness and juiciness of the perfectly cooked pink meat, the tang of the mint sauce (much nicer if you make your own) and you can have stuffing and Yorkshire puddings with lamb, there are no set rules as to what you can and can't have. Man I have the full works when I make a roast dinner, there has to be meat, yorkies, 2 veggies, baked onions, stuffing and gravy. Chicken is a second favourite, I make herb er and it flavours the meat as it roasts.

We pay homeowner's ociation fees that cover snow plowing. Yesterday we had 1 ft of snow. The snow plower came and now I have 2 1/2 feet of snow pushed onto my sidewalks and into my driveway. I also want to have some work done, and went for a consultation. I felt his estimate was a bit high, and would like to try to negotiate a lower price. While I do not want to insult him, I do think I can get a better deal. I want a lift/reduction, mini tummy tuck, and little bit of lipo on the flanks. Total cost at the office would be $9,800 per his estimate. I think that's too high and want to pay about $6,800 for everything. I have drafted a note for the "negotiation" to him, but wonder if this would be too insulting or make him angry? I know they go through a lot of training, etc.., etc.., ..but that is still a good payday for him, even with my proposed lower fees. Kitten (5 wk old) with blood in diarrhea?

Just over a week ago I took in some foster cats: a mom and five kittens who were roughly five weeks old. One of the kittens (Rosey) was not part of the litter; she was simply found on the street and came to me with really bad sniffles/wheezing. I've been using a humidifier with her and mom is on antibiotics for the cold as Rosey ped it on to the rest of the cats, so these should stop any secondary infections via mom's milk. Although the sniffling hasn't worsened, it had not got better for Rosey and she has had diarrhea for the past few days and stopped using the litter tray. Today the diarrhea turned to a brightish green slime that she seems to have no control over releasing and I spotted a patch on the floor that had a tiny, tiny streak of blood in it. She is still eating, although she didn't seem interested in canned food just a few hours ago. She is still nursing regularly, however, and laps up water when I put her near the water bowl. The cat rescue place say I should just keep an eye on her for a few days, but I am not sure whether they are saying this to avoid vet bills (which they are meant to cover) and I cannot afford to take her to the vet myself. I did recently change the canned food I feed the kittens to a different brand so I wonder if it could be that or if it could be as a result of the antibiotics. Either way, I am worried because I've read things on the internet about dehydration from diarrhea killing kittens quickly. She seems to otherwise be in good spirits.

For a lab for school we had someone think of a stressful situation for about a minute. Then we had to have them do some sort of relaxation exercise, like deep breathing, for five minutes. I have just witnessed the most appalling abuse of civil rights and mistreatment of a 16 year old child I ever want to see. It was on a TV programme called Juvenile Lock Up broadcast here in the UK on Sky. This 16 year old child was in solitary confinement in a US prison and was playing up (as teenagers do). I want advice from those of you who have suffered insomnia and have overcome it. How did you get over it?

I have been suffering insomnia for about 2 weeks now. In the past I had suffered shorter bouts of about a few days but overcame it. First I tried some herbal tablets and some chamomile tea which were not very effective. I tried melatonin as well. I even when to the doctor and was prescribed some xanax. While it does get me to sleep, I still do not sleep long enough and feel groggy the next day. I have even used a relaxation tape for sleep to listen to at bedtime. It has helped me doze but not stay asleep as of yet. I'm really not wanting to get hooked on sleeping pills as I have read some horror stories. Any advice from anyone who overcame insomnia or has some knowlege about it would be appreciated. Help!

I think a lot of people would argue for stem cell research rather than making organ donation mandatory. Just a thought. Todays age is rather heavy on research and development and I think majority of society would rather fund research and technological advances than making donation mandatory. In all actuality, donation for everybody is not really possible for various health reasons, life choices, genetics, etc. You should look into how many people decide to donate on their licenses and those that choose not to. I think you would be surprised by how many people say no.It is not a very popular idea, and I think there would be an uproar from society. These are just a few thoughts, and very random. I have been married to my husband for over 2 years. We have 2 small, beautiful children. He had been married twice and this is his third marriage and second marriage for me. Welcome to the center. I like you, am a centerist. Most people are. I agree with the liberal view point on some issues and conservative on others. Since I agree slightly more with the liberals I consider myself a slightly left leaning centrist. The trouble makers for both parties are the extremists. I was reading this person's answer about someone's question who was asking why the people on the MTV show, "My Super Sweet 16" were so damn bratty. Although the answer was pretty much obvious, this person had a very interesting answer. She mentioned that in today's society, many youths (regardless of wealth) think they're entitled to anything they want and that MTV's exploitation of the wealthy in shows like my Super Sweet 16 is just another way of making it acceptable in today's society. I was astounded by this answer. I'm sure a lot of us would deny this but I'm sure your most impolite behaviors are inspired by the media, if not television, right? So should we filter what goes on television and into the brains of easily manipulated people? Should we control the media to improve society? Or will that be offending constitutional rights? Car wanders on road?

2005 honda pilot. This is a front wheel drive vehicle, for normal driving. My wife said it felt like it was being pushed by a strong gusty side wind, only there was no wind. I just had it in for service, new brakes all around. I checked for loose wheel lugs, and checked (visually) for broken springs, struts, and loose bolts. The one thing I did notice was when I jacked the right front wheel off the ground, it spun sharply about 15 degrees, as soon as the wheel left the ground. It seemed as if the wheel was under a fair amount of strain. After this, my wife drove it again and said the problem was gone. Any ideas?

Sorry this is so long but please read. Ok well there's this guy at my school (he's new) that I like. He's one of my friends and he's really nice.It's weird bc this other girl likes him and when ppl ask him if he likes her he says 'one of my friends likes her'. I'm pretty sure the dude she likes doesn't like her. But when we were at this party he grabbed my arm like 3 times and he was like let's dance! (we didn't end up dancing because it would look weird if we were the only 2). Then we talked at the party and when he hugged me b4 I left (he didn't hug the other girl that liked him) he asked if I still liked this other dude so I said no. I found it kinda suspicious..he said it kinda quickly too so idk. We tlk at school at least once a day and occasionally in English I'll be looking around the room and he looks at me 4 like 2 seconds, then looks away. It seems like he's staring at me sometimes! He used 2 like one of my other friends but hes over her now..my friend says that he grabbed her arm 1 time but didn't do anything else but 2 the girl that likes him he grabbed her arm and they both ran 4 like 5 secs. He did that bc one of his friends threw coke on these 2 ppl that were making out so they had to make a run for it.He did that 2 me 3 times. By the way, he told everyone including me that he liked a girl from the Place he just moved from but he doesn't go back there that often. When we were In math he wrote hey Jen on his whiteboard and kinda laughed and he'll write stuff in spanish on his whiteboard and look at me. Then he told me that me and some other guy would be a good couple bc I had 2 be his partner in tennis. He was joking.Another girl (let's call her lindsey) said that he like stares at her like he does to me & he hugged her at the party. He danced with 2 8th graders at my school, but I'm pretty sure it was for a joke. He kind of grinded with the girl that likes him and danced w/ her too, but he told me he was trying to make her happy (idk any guy that would do it for that reason only, but he seems like the person to do that so). Oh yeah and he raised his eyebrows and stuck his tongue out at me with a funny look on his face.He also told me i had really blue eyes twice and when we took exams he told me he liked my "shirt thingy". We sometimes mouth talk across the room. I've noticed that in our yearbook if he's in the same picture as me he is either next to me or close by if that affects anything. Sometimes when one of our cles is over he will come near my desk with his friends and occasionally talk to me. It's kind of weird when he stares at me bc he just stares he doesn't say hey or anything and it's kind of awkward but i dont look away. I got one of my guy friends to ask him if he liked me and he was like uhh noo! in like an annoyed voice. When i accused him of liking lindsey he had this really mad/ annoyed look. Oh and when i was crying once or getting really close to he kept asking me what was wrong and gave me this look (idk how to describe it but it was like he was a little sad about somethin). he tells me i'm smart and thinks i do soo good in certain cles when it's not true. We have a few inside jokes. When i was talking to my best friend (this guy used to like her) she said he would annoy her on purpose but he didn't do anything else. Sometimes if he's walking in front of me and he notices im behind him he'll let me go ahead. I dont think he does that to many girls. Do you think he likes me or one of the others?
