You may not, well, you DON'T want to hear this. and I'm sorry. but you HAVE to confess. If she loves you enough she will forgive you. If she leaves you she's not worth your time. You can't lie to her like this. It will hurt her, sure, but imagine if she finds out later and that you've been lying to her for ____weeks/months. It will hurt her even more because she trusted you for this long and you lied to her. You need to tell her the truth before you hurt her even more.
