Liquid Meals ? Help Urgently Needed?

My father needs to rely on liquids as his meals for the next 4 weeks or small portions of food that will digest into water when he has them such as jello. So far he drinks water, and chicken soup broth. Reminding you of some specifics. My father is a diabetic so he cant have pop, and he needs to stay on healthy basics. He is sick of having chicken broth every day and if I could help him it would make my day! Please & Thank-you!!! This is greatly appreciated, believe me!
