SS, Why is "unconditional love" so rare? Why is "unconditional hate" so common?

Because present condition of our world is bad! people are shellfish, self centered ,..............nowadays there is conditions for everything even for parenting.! tell me how many people knows the meaning of love??? now is everything give and take policy! unconditional hate is common because we are more jelious than before. we hate when others are right,rich,beautiful........in everythibg we want to be the best than others.
