Impossible itchy rash to get rid of...anyone know what this is?

i first got it on my calf region on one of my legs...it was extremely itchy with a few little bumps where my hair follicles were...they were not bunched together or in any particular pattern...then it spread to the top of my leg and then to my other leg in the same areas also...i have had this now for over a YEAR..ive tried EVERYTHING over the counter..i dont have medical insurance so i cant go to the doctor...ive tried apple cider vinegar..alcohol, oral antibiotics, ringworm creams and sprays, cortizone cream, colloidial silver, u name it...i was blowdrying my hair and i did it to my body to get warm and i got a crazy sensation when i put intense heat to the affected areas...i get this sensation between a itch and just a reallly good sensation to the point where i am on the brink of a ...i looked up all the common skin problems and diseases but none match or last quite this long or have the side efects...no scaley skin or anthing just itchy skin beyond satisfying...any ideas or help? IM DESPERATE
