What do u think about Maybank?

It was my first time I did a cash deposit transaction in Maybank outlet @ KLCC. I placed my money in the machine. In the end , the machine returned my bank card and it displayed "out of service" . The machine didn't return my RM500 and I checked the balance in my bank account. The money didnt get in my account at all. So I called the hotline , but it says something like "sms alert" . It supposed to be 24 hours customer service, I feel so cheated. I will not trust maybank anymore.
