Does the loss of Manning's Key receivers prove that Brady is the better QB?

He has gotten to the big game several times, AFC championships and the Super Bowls. Manning struggled on Sunday(Chargers) proving that he is not the best QB in the league. Brady got to the big game with Mediocre WRs. So I guess that makes him a better game winner.
