When your child support is up for review, can the father get away with lying about his income?

Usually they do a wage esment, meaning they require him to show proof of his income and expenses. If he is self employed then they can ask for the previous/most recent years tax return. Usually you can ask for a review of the order every three years, or when there is a significant change in income/expense.
