Creationists: How does creation explain ethnicity?

Different racial characteristics evolved in the descendants of Adam and Eve. As people spread out across the globe their organisms had to adapt to the climatic and geographic conditions of where they were. This caused certain traits to become more common in distinct populations. Also as different populations became more isolated from each they began to reinforce specific traits.
