Why has starbucks Not called ME??hELP pLEASE?

SO a week ago I sent a job application to my local starbucks that was hireing. I waited several days for a call, and did not get one. So then I called asking about my application. The manager told me she had to ask the supervisor if she could hire a 16 year old to work here in MA. SHe said che would then call me back monday letting me know. Its now Tuesday and no call. I know she was in work today, but why no call back.
