Shaking while sleeping? also last night I felt as though I fainted in a dream ot felt so real?

I was at my boyfriends house and fell asleep he told me that I took a fit of wonderin and my whole body shook, he said this happend a few times also last night I was sleeping abd dreamt I fainted but I really felt it physically what does this mean and why? Both have happend a few times.
