Student loan options?

I made VERY bad choices when I was a student 10 years ago and am $50,000 in debt from Student Loans. My monthly payments are way too much and my career does not pay nearly enough. I'm now 30 years old and can't see any way of getting out of debt before I'm 70. I have consolidated my loans to lower payment.
