When You Gave Up On American Cartoons?

It really feels like forever, I stopped watching around middle school, right around the time, Johnny Bravo, Dexters, Hey Arnold, Rockos Modern Life and a handful of other were being removed. I remember seeing the newer stuff, like Jimmy Neutron, that one about imaginary friends, and probably alot others I couldnt stand. Of course this is all on age, some of you grew up on older stuff like Doug and Ahh Real Monsters and hated the newer stuff which I liked, as well as a younger person who grew up on Neutron. But either way, afterward I just turned to reality tv shows and Comedy Central, to mixed results (but I still love Scrubs). And eventually here I am with anime. More or less do you still even care about American cartoons, and im not insulting either, Futurama, Boondocks, and a few others are great, but it feels like they come out every other year.
