I think i might have a rain anurism?

First to start this all started happing after my cousin died in a car accident. And after that i always was thinking of dying and and i get scared. But anyways my head hurts and ky neck everyday and just two days ago i went to charge my iphone cuz da charger is on my bed so then i layed down once i layed down my arm started to hurt it was my left arm but it up next to the shoulder blade and yesterday my whole body started to hurt abd i felt sick for some reason. And i feel dizzy can someone plz help me
