What's the best way to remove fish eggs from a tank?

I have a pink convict cichlid who just laid eggs for a second time. (About a month ago she laid them and I didn't know they had hatched and I ended up finding them and removing everyone else from the tank at the point because it was to late to remove all of the babies. Then once they were a little bigger I captured them all by net successfully and transferred them into a separate tank, and put the other fish back in with the pink convict. The reason I didn't take the father convict was because the mom was super protective and wouldn't even let him near them so that's why. There are 16 babies and they're doing fantastic and growing quickly!) Well she's at it again and has laid tons more eggs. I was wondering if I can remove the eggs since they're attached to an object by just removing the object and keeping it submerged at all times? I was going to move them in with the other babies as well as the mom (the pink convict), is this possible to do or is it a bad idea? I just know that my other convict and my severum will eat them if I don't remove them before they're born, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about it. Anyone with suggestions would be appreciated!!
