I need help with Spanish?

I am very confused on how to use me,te,nos,os,le, and les with infinitive forms? For "We are interested in the movie.". Which is correct? Nos interesa la pelicula or Nos interesamos en la pelicula? Why my teacher only tell me to conjugate gustar into gusta and gustan? Please Explain
